Plastic Card Design Services offer a comprehensive service for the Zebra & Fargo Card Printers.

· Courier Hot Swap Service Contract
· General Repair and Maintenance Service
· Free Technical Support for printers and software
· Return to base warranty service
· Installation and Operator Training

Courier Hot Swap Service Contract

Should a problem occur which cannot be resolved via telephone support, then a printer of similar specification will be sent on a next day courier service. The courier will collect the faulty printer and return it to base for repair. When the printer has been repaired, it will be returned by courier and the loan printer collected.

The print head is not included with the Courier Hot Swap Service Contract.

Courier Hot Swap Service Contract is available Monday to Friday 0900 – 1730 hours excluding Bank Holidays.

Repair and Maintenance Service

For printers not covered by the Hot Swap Service Contract, a return to base facility is available, where the repair can be carried out on a time and material basis.

A loan printer is not available with this service.

Technical Support

A free telephone technical support service is available for printers and software. Support is available Monday to Friday 0900 – 1730 hours, excluding Bank Holidays.

Support is also available via email.

Warranty Service

For printers still under warranty and not covered by a Courier Hot Swap Service Contract, then a return to base warranty repair service is available.

A loan printer is not available with this service.

The Warranty Repair Service only applies to printers supplied by Plastic Card Design Services

Operator Training

On-Site Operator Training can be carried out on all printers supplied. Please contact Plastic Card Design Services for prices and details
