Plastic Card Design Services can supply a range of plastic cards, all manufactured to ISO standard, for use with all types of plastic card printers.  From our own tests we have found Zebra Premier Plastic Cards provide enhanced print quality and image sharpness needed for vivid colours and detailed readable barcodes.  As far as possible Zebra's own plastic cards will be supplied.  Most card types can be supplied direct from stock.

Cards can be produced with LoCo or HiCo Magnetic Stripes, Signature Panels and Contact and Contactless (RFiD) embedded chips, and bespoke holofoils

On completion cards are suitable for further personalisation and encoding with card printers (surface printing) and embossing (raised characters).

Depending on the specification and quantity, cards can be printed by the traditional screen print or litho print processes.  For the smaller volumes digital printing is an economic method of producing high quality cards in a very short timeframe.
